Delivery of your Order

We are proud to have the UK's fastest carpet underlay delivery and how do we do it?... simple we have the stock!! which is despatched from our own warehouse...
not many can say that!!

Orders placed before 3pm can be despatched that day and we are the only internet company to offer you delivery days at checkout to suit you!! anywhere in the UK.

The only exceptions are Zone 2 postcodes and certain other Scottish postcodes which are 3-5 working days. Please ensure the correct Zone Delivery option is selected at checkout.

We offer deliveries Monday to Friday all at LOW prices.

Standard Delivery : Delivery to your door within 2-3 working days.The Couriers will e-mail a tracking link with contact details.On the day of delivery you will recieve a Delivery Notification.

Premium Delivery : You will receive your delivery on the day specified between 8am and 6pm.

The cost of the delivery is based on the weight of the consignment which is calculated at checkout.

Postage & packing for all deliveries are based upon the value,size and weight of your order which are calculated at checkout before committing to the purchase.Post & packing is based upon the value of your order:

Please Note
In the event of a failed delivery on the first and second attempt, the recipient will be left a card asking them to contact the depot to rearrange delivery. The undelivered consignment will be held at local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will sent back to us and further charges may be incurred buy the buyer for any redelivery.

All consignments are delivered by National Couriers and Pallet Service and we request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Deliveries of larger orders of 5 rolls plus may be made via pallet service and are sometimes to the kerb side only. Help maybe required to move some items to your premises. We also assume that access is available for HGV'S for larger orders. Any damage or short delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours.

Please ensure that your goods are inspected prior to signature for damage and that any arrangements for the fitting of floorcoverings are made after the delivery has been made.
