The Barrier Pro X Tape is a high quality underlay joining tape required for the majority of underlays to seal the joins in order to prevent movement. When underlay movement happens, it can create a ridge effect in your flooring, ruining the finished look, which is why we recommend Barrier Pro X. This tape also features a thick silver foil backing that acts as a moisture-barrier if and when this may be required.
